I recently visited Sichuan Kitchen in Portland, Maine, and enjoyed trying their Tian Shui noodles. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint! These hand-pulled noodles were perfectly cooked and had a fantastic chewy texture. The sauce accompanying the noodles was savory and slightly spicy, a perfect complement to the dish. The addition of the Double-Cooked Pork with Green Chilies dish added an excellent depth of flavor and texture. Overall, I highly recommend trying the Tian Shui noodles at Sichuan Kitchen. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, and the staff were welcoming and attentive.
